Raised On Research

We’ve conducted thousands of controlled experiments to determine optimal yields and sizes of each mushroom variety. We refined our processes to be cleaner, and more efficient. Then we built a state-of-the-art urban farm expressly to produce mushrooms of the utmost flavor and nutritional value.

Sanitized from Substrate to Cap

At every step in our proprietary grow process, we’ve installed the highest level of industrial machinery to achieve a clean, efficient, and exceptionally sanitized product, without the impurities, contaminants, mold growth, or unsanitary conditions that many commercial mushroom growers struggle to overcome.

State-of-the-Art Facilities

The Joe Mushroom campus comprises five buildings designated for production/ processing, growth, substrate mixing, sterilization, and storage. All dedicated to growing the cleanest organic mushrooms at the scale of business.

Cultivated with Regionally Sourced Byproduct

On the front end, our mushrooms and mycelium substrates begin as locally sourced agricultural byproducts and sawdust from milling factories near our campus. All of our spent growing substrate is converted to compost and redistributed for local agricultural needs.

Whether you’re seeking mushroom extracts for your health supplement products or flavorful gourmet mushrooms for culinary purposes, you can feel good knowing your purchase has a near-zero waste impact on the environment.
